FOODS OF PASSION
That does not mean you have to race out and do all these courses to become a Gourmet Chef. However, if you choose a couple of easy meals that can look and taste like the Master himself prepared them. This would put you on the top of any woman’s list and your social value will sky rocket. Therefore, I have chosen some meals from my private list that will have her taste buds exploding and begging for more.
HOT CHILLI BEEF
A full-bodied and energy giving dish to heat your blood and create the fire of passion.
1 fresh green and red chilli
1 pickled hot chilli
Small onion
2 garlic cloves
1 tablespoon each of fresh oregano, marjoram, basil, and coriander
1 teaspoon ground cumin and paprika
7oz cooked tomatoes
9 oz of cubed beef
1 tablespoon of olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Place chilli herbs onion and garlic in blender and turn to paste.
Heat oil in pan brown beef then remove add paste cook for 5 minutes replace beef and enough water to cover simmer for 1 hour or until beef is tender and sauce has thickened.
Serve with rice salad and cold beer.
TROPICAL ISLAND PRAWNS
Hear the sounds of the waves hitting the beach and the delicate fragrance of the ocean breeze. This dish creates fantasies.
2 tablespoons of oil
1 finely chopped onion
2 cloves of garlic chopped
12 king prawns
Red pepper diced
1 fresh green chilli chopped
2 tomatoes chopped
2 tablespoon of fresh marjoram
1 tablespoon chopped chives
7 oz long-grain rice
4 fl oz water
2 tablespoons white wine
Limejuice
Sea salt and pepper
Heat oil in sauce pan add onions and garlic fry till soft, add prawns cook 10 minutes
Add remaining ingredients reduce heat and simmer with lid on for 20 minutes
Serve with chilled white wine steel band music and a massage using coconut oil
SOLE OYSTERS AND GINGER
Oysters have always been the food of love and passion. Delicately combined with the soft warming of ginger and the balance of light fillet of sole it is definitely a great addition to your repetoire
¼ pint of white wine
Small onion quartered
1 tablespoon of chopped parsley
1 tablespoon of fresh thyme
½ inch piece of fresh ginger grated
2 sole fillets
6 oysters chopped
1 oz butter
1 egg yolk beaten
Ground ginger
Limejuice
Sea salt and pepper
Put limes onion fresh ginger herbs and salt and pepper in saucepan bring to boil and simmer covered for 10 minutes.
Add fish simmer until fish is cooked (8 minutes).
Add oysters and allow them to warm.
Sauce
Remove fish oysters and onion, and place on warm plate.
Add butter to sauce pan and allow to melt
Remove from heat and add egg yolk lightly beating till combined and sauce thickenens (return to heat if needed)
Pour over fish and sprinkle with parsley – serve with small toast triangles
